The Club               

Trident Sub Aqua Club meets and trains in the Hatfield swimming pool in Hertfordshire, at 9pm on a Tuesday night. It's a great pool to train in as the diving pit is 3.8m deep - superb for learning many of the skills you'll gain as you become a qualified diver. Feel free to come down and see what we get up to.

Learning to Dive

Learning to dive is much easier than you might think. It has been called "the sport for active grandmothers"... If you can swim reasonably well, you can learn to dive.

Training

Trident is a British Sub Aqua Club (BSAC) organisation. BSAC divers are widely respected around the world as some of the most proficient. The reason for that is that we train you thoroughly, at your own speed. Some people jump in the water and swim like the proverbial fish and some like to take things a little more steadily. However you like to train, that's fine with us. You want to repeat training until you're comfortable with it? Great!
